Design & Build of Roads and Infrasturcture and Security System in the Southwest of Qatar
Development of all Roads, parkings, reinstatement of existing roads, proposed security fence with reinstatement of existing security fence, utilities infrastructure including substations & pump stations and construction of Guard Houses.
The additional works also include the construction of new structures / kiosks, structures, new Roads/parking, reinstatement of existing parking and roads, utilities infrastructure.

- Additional Works for Phase 1:
- Dismantling of existing and construction of new Immigration checking canopies at departure and arrival.
- Reinstatement of existing roads including but not limited to asphalt works, road marking, kerbs and kerb realignment
- Construction of new Roads with fully paved carriageways, including the kerb-lines and footways adjacent to roads; road signs, surface drainage, street lighting and road markings as required; including dismantling of existing structures; removal and relocation of existing trees.
- Security fence including lighting for the newly proposed road area (where applicable).
- Reinstatement of existing truck inspection parking area including but not limited to cut/fill, improvement of existing ground, sub grade, sub-base, base, asphalt, road marking, surface drainage, kerbs.
- Soft and hard landscaping including lighting where necessary
- Signages & Road markings.
- Protection / diversion of existing services including but not limited to wet utilities, dry utilities, etc.
- Construction of final check point / area with all necessary works to complete:
- Construction of new immigration checking canopies including civil, structural, architectural, MEP and ELV/ Security elements.
- 6+2 number of kiosks for immigration staff including civil, structural, architectural, MEP and ELV / Security works, foul and PW connections.
- Pavement with precast paving blocks
- Reinternment of existing asphalt works
- All security and immigration devices, equipment/ instrument, barriers and associated IT works
- LV, ELV, MV, communication and Security networks
