The project include complete structure of the multi-storey carpark building (B+G+3F+Roof) and building façade works, interior finishes, complete MEP installations, external works including hard and soft landscaping, traffic control devices, parking signage and control systems, impact protection system and external services.
The building contains basement level, ground, 3 floors & roof level with a total built-up area of approximately 95,400 m². Plot area of the building is about 15,780 m².
