The Works comprise of the construction and completion of shell & core (base build) works for the proposed Giardino Mall Building (B+G+1) at Pearl Qatar. The Mall is in a total plot area of approx. 11,903 m2 of which the covered area by the building is approx. 7,399 m2 (62% of covered plot area).
The development consists of Mall building (B+G+1) of BUA 26,255 m2. There is a total of 210 car parking (including 5 disabled parking). The basement BUA is 11,529 which has mainly parking (166 Nos) and services areas. Ground floor BUA is 7,258 m2, first floor BUA is 7,239 m2 and roof are BUA 139 m2.
The external works include hard and soft landscaped areas, architectural signage & wayfinding, traffic signage, external services comprising of foul and storm water drainage, potable water supply, irrigation system, district cooling connection (to the existing network), solid waste garbage disposal system (connection to the existing network), LPG system (from Woqod) and external lighting etc.
