Construction of Student Center at Education City

The scope of works includes but not limited to construction of student center building (B+G+1+R) with a very unique finishes both internal and external.

• A 35,000 m² of construction area with high standard material finishes procured internationally.
• Has 55 steel umbrellas covered with bronze sheet (8mx8m, 11m high and 25 tons in weight each).
• Has 4,000 m² weighing 200 tons, steel roofing structure for sports court.

It is designed to provide a vibrant atmosphere, promoting social and cultural interaction. The development is a multi-functional building that offers amenities such as student wellness center, food, banquet, conference, shopping and recreational facilities.
