The New Research Complex has a 22,400 m² BUA. The facility includes an upgrade chemical laboratory zone, animal welfare facility and research area, ecological and environmental studies, material technology and shared facilities, with the latest IT equipment for data transfer.
The scope includes but not limit to the construction of the facility comprises of eight (8) Buildings as listed below, civil & architectural works, MEP, and external work.
