The Project Comprises of the design, construction, completion, testing & commissioning, maintenance and hand over of the proposed Annex Building and service block for College of Medicine at West Bay, Doha, Qatar within the university premises.
The annex building and service block are both one-storey with built-up areas of 2,110 m² and 102 m² respectively, total built-up area of 2,212 m².
The proposed building shall be concrete structures with external masonry walls and internal drywall partitions. Interior finishes comprise wall paint, gypsum boarding & ceiling tiles, wall & floor ceramic tiles to wet areas, carpet flooring for rooms, epoxy wall / floor to MEP Rooms and granite flooring for public circulation.
This building provides 46 offices , 2 Class rooms, 10 Study rooms, 2 prayers rooms, 2 meeting rooms, lounges, reception & entrances, & Technical areas, public toilets and lobbies, and courtyard,
