The project has 21,566 m² BUA with 5 floors. A LEED Gold certified building. The project was built utilizing 50% of less potable water for the building conveyance by using high-efficiency fixtures and recycled water by deploying the latest innovative waste water management technologies.
The building features state of the art high-tech fire alarm system, storage and collection capabilities for recyclable facilities, to ensure efficient energy consumption the building feature photo-voltaic cells/solar panels, suitably located on the roof saving up to 15-20% energy.
The building façade are sound proof and sided with reflective glass (32mm) to ensure noise reduction.
