Community College of Qatar decided to expand their existing Boys’ college at Al Kheesa. Presently CCQ is operating their college at an Existing School which has been converted to Boys College. CCQ appointed QDC to design the additional facilities at uncovered area in the same plot (Boys College). Currently the uncovered area was utilized as a playground for existing college.
The Scope of Works including Construction, testing and commissioning, getting all approvals from the authorities and obtain completion certificate for the executed buildings, all of the works associated with MOI, QCDD, KAHRAMAA. The work shall be carried out fully in compliance with QCS Regulation and the concurrences with Engineer. The design shall meet the QCDD, MMUP, KAHRAMAA and ASHGHAL regulation and recommendation. The Contractor shall liaison with Community College of Qatar (Client)/ Ashghal to obtain all their approvals prior to start any activity at site. The Contractor shall be responsible for all type of coordination works for the successful completion of project.
